James McCarthy  (1995-12-31)
McCarthy is managing director and portfolio manager with Goldman Sachs Asset Management, his employer since 1995. Prior to that, he worked for four at Nomura Securities where he was an assistant vice president and and adjustable rate mortgage trader.
Jonathan A. Beinner  (2000-12-31)
Jonathan Beinner is the Chief Investment Officer and Co-Head of US and Global Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM). He is a member of the Investment Management Division's operating group. Jonathan joined GSAM in 1990, and is responsible for overseeing over $200 billion in fixed income assets - including multi-sector portfolios, single-sector portfolios, and fixed income hedge funds. Jonathan is also responsible for overseeing GSAM's over $150 billion in money market assets. He was named a managing director in 1997 and a partner in 2004. Jonathan graduated summa cum laude and received two B.S. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988.
Tom Kenny  (2000-12-31)
Kenny is a manager director of GSAM and joined it in 1999 as a senior portfolio manager. Previously, he spent 13 years at Franklin Templeton where he was a portfolio manager of high yield municipal and municipal funds, director of Municipal Research and director of the Municipal Bond Department. He became Co-Head of the U.S. and Global Fixed Income Teams in 2002. Kenny holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
