Mr. Perkins is the lead manager for the Berger Small Cap Value Fund and the co-manager of the Berger Mid Cap Value Fund. He has been at the helm of the Berger Small Cap Value Fund since its inception in 1987. He spent 12 years with Kemper Financial where he managed two funds: the Kemper Summit Fund and the Kemper Growth Fund. From 1970 to 1980, he also co-managed Kemper’s profit sharing plan. In 1980, Bob co-founded the investment management firm Perkins, Wolf, McDonnell & Company. |

Todd Perkins is Co-Portfolio Manager of the Perkins Small Cap Value Portfolios. He joined Perkins in September 1998 as head trader and research analyst, where in his capacity as research analyst, Mr. Perkins was responsible for covering financials and industrials & materials. Mr. Perkins became Co-Portfolio Manager of the Perkins Small Cap Value Portfolios in 2004. Mr. Perkins received his bachelor of arts degree in communications from DePaul University. |

Justin Tugman joined Perkins in June 2004 as a research analyst covering the energy and utilities sectors. In March 2009, Mr. Tugman's role was expanded to also include serving as a co-portfolio manager for the Perkins Small Cap Value portfolios. Prior to joining Perkins, Mr. Tugman worked at Simmons & Company International as an analyst covering the energy sector during his four-year tenure at the firm. He received his bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Wyoming and an MBA, with a concentration in finance, from Tulane University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |
